FnB Restaurant Management System
Problem
As the food and beverage industry experienced rapid growth in Saudi Arabia, it became clear that innovation wasn’t keeping up. Despite the market boom, there were few groundbreaking solutions addressing the sector's evolving needs.
Solution
To tackle this, I led the organization of a dedicated hackathon in partnership with Jahez, one of the leading delivery platforms in the country.
My Role
In my role as Project Manager, I took charge of the full lifecycle of the initiative — from initial planning to final execution. I spearheaded negotiations with Jahez, aligning the hackathon's goals with their innovation roadmap, and ensured that the event created real value for both participants and industry stakeholders. The hackathon became a space for bright minds to propose, prototype, and present cutting-edge ideas for the FnB ecosystem. It was a rewarding experience that not only fostered collaboration and problem-solving but also highlighted the untapped potential within the sector.
Masar By Sani
Problem
Tech learners in Saudi often finish courses without real-world experience. They know the tools, but not how to build actual products or work in teams.
Solution
I led Masar by Sani, a national program for 360 students, combining expert-led training with real product hackathons. Top teams joined our venture builder to keep building post-program.
My Role
As Project Manager, I: Designed the full journey and learning tracks Recruited mentors from top Saudi tech companies Managed partnerships, logistics, and execution
Alsarawat Environmental Monitoring
Problem
Many student ideas die early due to lack of validation, structure, and guidance on how to go from idea → MVP.
Solution
Build is an incubator-style program that teaches students how to take an idea from scratch to MVP — including user validation, design, and execution.
My Role
I ran the entire program lifecycle — designing the modules, recruiting mentors, and tracking progress across all student teams.
Producteers
Problem
Product management is rarely taught properly in Saudi universities, leaving aspiring PMs with no clear entry path or hands-on experience.
Solution
Producteers is a learning initiative combining PM workshops, case competitions, and mentorship from real product leaders.
My Role
I created the initiative structure, recruited expert speakers, and facilitated the case competition format.
