BCG Jeel Tamooh

BCG Jeel Tamooh is a highly selective program run by Boston Consulting Group to develop future leaders in Saudi Arabia. The program provided:

• Intensive case-solving workshops led by BCG consultants
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving frameworks
• Team-based consulting projects for real clients
• Career guidance and mentorship from industry professionals

Through this program, I strengthened my analytical skills and learned how to approach complex business problems systematically. My team's project was recognized as one of the top solutions presented at the final showcase.

Project 1932

Project 1932 is an elite youth innovation program focused on cultivating future leaders in Saudi Arabia by connecting them with top-tier mentors, strategic thinking frameworks, and national-level challenges. The program empowers high-potential participants to design impactful, scalable solutions aligned with Vision 2030.

I was personally mentored by H.E. Ahmed AlHaqbani, former Governor of Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and a prominent leader in Saudi’s economic transformation. His guidance deepened my understanding of public policy, strategic execution, and the power of disciplined leadership.

McKinsey Forward Program

McKinsey Forward is a digital learning program designed to help build capabilities for the future of work. This program provided:

• Problem-solving methodologies used by McKinsey consultants
• Digital skills and data-driven decision making
• Leadership development and communication techniques
• Change management frameworks

The program enhanced my ability to structure my thinking and communicate complex ideas clearly. I particularly valued learning how to use data to drive strategic decision-making.

Misk Launchpad

Misk Launchpad is a pre-accelerator program for early-stage startups to validate their ideas and prepare for growth. During this program, I:

• Conducted comprehensive customer discovery interviews
• Refined the value proposition based on market feedback
• Developed go-to-market strategies
• Created financial models and funding plans

The program culminated in a Demo Day where I pitched to potential investors. The mentorship and peer learning during the program were invaluable in shaping my entrepreneurial mindset.

Misk Initative Incubator

The Misk Initiative Incubator is a national program designed to support high-potential youth-led projects with resources, mentorship, and strategic direction. It provides a platform for early-stage initiatives to transform into scalable, impact-driven ventures.

With the support of the incubator, we successfully grew our client base, launched new programs like Masar, and positioned Sani as a key enabler for digital transformation in social impact.
